This year I lost both my parents, and in both cases I used the services of Elpis. When I said goodbye to my mother, I was internally calm thanks to Mrs. Holadová's kind dealings from the branch in Smíchov, and I knew that I was handing over my beloved mother to professionals and her last journey would be dignified. After the ceremony, I hoped that I would not demand these services for a long time. Unfortunately. Life is ruthless. A few months later, I also lost my beloved father. I knew right away that I wanted the people of Elpis to take care of him too. Dad wanted to be buried in the family tomb. And the people of Elpis convinced me again that the professionals were taken for granted. Namely, I am extremely grateful to Mrs. Ing. Happy, also from the branch in Smíchov. Her empathetic, selfless and matter-of-fact approach helped me arrange a funeral that even my father looked up there with a smile. I also thank her colleagues, who then arranged the funeral on the spot, because they also behaved so with dignity and respect that I felt as if they knew Dad personally and meant something to them. Thank you for everything, I appreciate your services and I am grateful that in such difficult times, one can turn to you, the people of Elpis, who will provide the broken person with the support he needs so much.
