I had two copies of the handle made by the lady, none of which worked. On the second day of the complaint, she adjusted both handles. They didn't even work then. When I came a third time and wanted to return the money, she told me that the key according to which I have them made is not the original, but a copy, and that I should bring an insert. I told her that I had the keys made elsewhere and I work without problems, the copy will not be copied. And that I'm already here and I just want to return the money. She told me that she is only an employee and she can't return the money, I should call the boss. All this due to two keys for 120 CZK. I can't recommend. EDIT: In response to the owner below - call me a description of the experience as you like. Not everyone has the opportunity to bring the original key or insert. The competition managed to make functional keys for the first time, without the original or insert, the assignment was the same, so this review needs to save someone the way and money.

Very helpful and especially knowledgeable gentleman, he knows a lot about castles, so he helped to choose the right type, although some parameters had to be deduced. Otherwise a solid hardware assortment.

Shop all the taste I understand that I can not find what I need. But the lady there 😂 either you pay them so little, or you pay them to watch their watch before 5pm .... When someone raises my voice at the time I thank him. That he really does not and is wrong. Something is wrong somewhere
