While the staff are EXTREMELY helpful and friendly and the prices of items are very competitive the quality of them are, sadly, quite low. Even if you pick Czech made items instead of Chinese imports they are rather poorly made (sharp edges, not assembled straight) or utterly useless (squeegee's rubber is such a low quality that it marks surfaces black) yet the prices are so low it makes it ridiculous to return to the shop for a refund/exchange. The quality is comparable to OBI.

I'd really like to shop here, but they close way too early! 8pm would be appreciated, even on Saturdays and Sundays. At least employ one cashier to watch me swipe my credit card! Where's the customer service?
