So just to clarify the resolution of the case: This company returned the part of the money they demanded from me. They demanded a beautiful 17500 from me, not supported by any repair prices, etc., suddenly I wrote a negative review and I got a 7500 discount. Again, they didn't tell me why, for what, they were probably trying to pay what I would pay. So that you are clear when you choose a company with which you will secure the financing of the car what will be waiting for you. Very bad experience. On 5.2.2021 our OL ends. The company did not send us a letter within the usual 2-month deadline, which came only after our request on 4.1.2021. It offers both the return and purchase of the vehicle. Although the offer is slightly more expensive than vehicles of a similar age and raid, we were willing to buy the vehicle. After the invitation to send the purchase contract, VWFS, specifically pi. Kolínská refused to send the contractual documentation, stating that it would be sent 5.2. that is, on the day of the end of OL. As an explanation, I quote: “The vehicle is in our possession until 05/02/2021. For this reason, we cannot sell it in the month 01/2021. Such a sale would be open to challenge by the tax office and our company would be fined. End of citation. " If we accept this procedure, we are exposed to unauthorized use of another's property, in addition, under penalty of failure to bring the vehicle back to the salon in the amount of 10 thousand + additional fines for each day of delay. On the contrary, I do not understand that a VWFS employee does not know the difference between signing and the effectiveness of a contract. The sale can of course take place as of 5.2. however, both the contract documents and the invoice may be issued earlier. We do not fully understand the proposed procedure and we decided to return the vehicle and buy another one.

At VWFS, I had two years of operating leasing for the Škoda Fabia. The whole course of the contract was without a problem, the car was new and I didn't have to deal with them. After returning the car, I was stopped by one thing, a free drive (usually 5,000 km according to the contract) is also calculated for the mileage. In practice, this means that if you have a contract, for example, 30 thousand. km and you would return the car with 26 thousand. km, the company will not refund your overpayment from mileage, because you are in the free km zone. It happened to me personally that the car had a mileage of about 21.5 thousand. km, so I calculated that I would get the refunded amount for underused 8.5 thousand. km. In reality, however, I will only receive an amount up to 25 thousand. km. This seems very strange to me and will definitely not warn you about it when picking up the car. When I took over the car, I was explained what the rate is for mileage and what rate I get for mileage. There was no question of a free border going down.
