Absolutely horrible customer service! When a stone fell from the ring after an accident, I had it re-fitted here. Unfortunately, when the ring was returned to me, he was abraded in a terrible manner from the side on which the ring was returned. Simply destruction. The lady first told me that he just polished (?!), Then returned the ring to the service, not a claim. There they solved it by grinding the other side of the ring ... So on both sides of the ring remained grooves after the grinder. When I started crying (the ring was a gift from a family from the USA), she called the lady back and he told me that it was already! So I took pictures of the ring before grinding, and I was told that he couldn't know if it was exactly this ring and that it was an equally cheap bauble (!!!) It is not necessary to add that of course they did not compensate me or return money for "repair". To make matters worse, I had a fallen grenade put on a heart shaped pendant before this incident. When I asked why their grenade was about twice as big as all the other in the pendant, I was told that they had no smaller grenades ... Save your money and from this point to hold on!

I'm changing ratings. During the last two visits to Lužiny, I have probably poisoned my presence. Only at the moment of payment was access a little better. It is a pity, I previously recommended Amethyst. But the downward level of service quality continues. While others are overtaking the customer and having a clever process from store to online, they are becoming more and more unruly. I made the last major purchases elsewhere. Older reviews: I have been shopping in Amethyst in Lužiny and Řepy for some 15 years, my parents have been shopping in it, I have also taught my girlfriend and friends to it. The perfect thing is that it is a family business that really understands precious metals. They are not resellers, but they make jewelry themselves and do almost anything at great prices. If you have doubts about the authenticity or composition of your jewelry, it can verify it. The drawback is that one has to come in person. Totally asleep time, web for nothing, without e-shop and what one chooses on the web, they still do not. Overall, such a nice family business with good prices, where time stopped.
