Today, my mother complained about the earrings she bought for my birthday, and since she only had a receipt from the bank where everything was written, they told her that they needed proof of payment and did not recognize the complaint, and for one stone installation they said 200 CZK and missed 3 so it was more expensive than whole earrings. And it happened to me that I lost my proof of payment and according to the payment from my account, they found my proof. So I will never buy here again and I do not recommend this store !!!!!
