I request just to open the watch in order to check the movement s model and then closing to do a waterproof test.... they do not provide these simple services, so mainly they sell watches and change batteries?

A terrible experience, never again. I went to change the flashlight on my watch. During the replacement of the flashlight, they destroyed my handle, took a new one for 45kc, gave me the tape the other way around and didn't even set the date or time for me ... For 180kc, I would expect a little better service.

I've always been happy.
