Yesterday we were with my mother in the local wine shop near Bukáček. The mother visited the wine shop here often, but the previous staff was very pleasant and helpful. The current staff impresses me that he works here as a punishment. The lady, who served in a reluctant tone yesterday, asked, "Well, what do you want?" The lady replied, so look here you have it written ".. There is a ban on consumption at the counter and we had no idea that it was also a drink. So we paid for our two wines, and then we asked if we could borrow one of the five chairs, which were therefore not used at the counter, were unfortunately occupied everywhere else.The saleswoman replied "no". we will review that this is a bad business and bad behavior towards the guests so that they do not come here, specifically the Mukařovský branch.

The wine is not bad, but the rasp he sells there is terno ... Pleasant as beating powders. Na Lukách the same company / assortment with relaxed service ...

Today's experience (September 11, 2019) I have to share. I came to the winery, there was one customer in front of me. When the advice came to me for a while I waited and the lady saleswoman arranged with a friend, but in order. Then I bought 2l of wine and had to pay 153 CZK. I said it's okay and rounded it to 160 CZK. Then I realized that I needed a bag, so I asked for one. "For 2 CZK." This response surprised me so much that I didn't even have the words to leave. Pleasant wine shop. Good assortment of bottled wine. We come here often. The only thing that bothers me is that bottled wine is in the vast majority of cheap abroad and forgotten about Czech.
