It was a really pleasant experience to walk through this part of Prague on a quiet Sunday afternoon. I think that Slivenec could be a model for other parts of Prague. Not only the semi-trailer, which underwent a complete reconstruction in 2015, but also other more peripheral parts are clean and modern. A real gem is the early Gothic Church of All Saints from the end of the 13th century. Slivenec was annexed to Prague in 1974 and currently has about three thousand inhabitants. Interesting: The village of Slivenec was donated by King Wenceslas I in a deed dated April 6, 1253 to the Order of the Red Star Crusaders, which was associated with the duty of the Order to take care of repairs to Judith's Bridge. This act has been preserved in the form of a document, which forms the oldest preserved monument about the village.
