I've been sitting here for 20 minutes, still nothing. KFC took the fast from fast food

Just enough seating. No terminals to order at!

Instead of 300g of chicken strips i got 3 little tiny pieces of chicken and full box of fried tempura

This place honestly has the best customer service. I've been here countless times already and the cashiers are always so attentive and nice. Everything's easy and fast and I like coming back here. Which is not always the rule with fast food restaurants. Sometimes there are lines here but it's not that bad. And the food tastes like..... well... KFC... so it's good.

I walked 500meters to tell this pathetic “manager” that one of their staff forgot to give me the gravy i bought for 12 kurona. Instead of asking her staff, she told me that she doesnt believe me because i had no receipt. Logic, i wouldnt walk all the way back to their resto just to get a free/ unpaid gravy right? Its really no brainer! Instead, she gave me a very sarcastic look and told me she couldnt give me a gravy. Good thing i found the receipt when i got home and went back. She suddenly gave me a refund without even saying sorry for the inconvenience. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
