I have always been satisfied with the services of Ben's pharmacy in Luka Living. He seemed to have been cut off since the new year. For the third time, they "informed" me that they didn't have any of the drugs I asked for, and if I wanted them, I had to order them. The order was arranged by a young lady who obviously has a problem with the computer, something knocked and knocked there for a long time, and when I was impatient, she reacted aggressively, after all, she reacts aggressively probably regularly. I just picked up a medicine that I've been picking up there for three years and it never happened that they shouldn't have it. I was lucky with the young lady again. When my husband and I waited there for 20 minutes and an angry lady left the window, I didn't know that they would be able to call me without a problem in a moment. The service is slow, they don't have the medicine they always had there and there are always a lot of angry people in the line. I think the management should deal with that. In the pharmacy on the floor where they always have everything and are pleasant.

Everything that was ordered happened as it should for Luka, only the pharmacy could be more willing and pleasant .. she is here for me and not me for her .. but it is normal in the Czech Republic .. inverted behavior .... I will not deliver anything to Luka, etc ....

As a doctor, it does not come to me as a professional to sell homeopathic products to pregnant women without warning that they are homeopathic and with the words that pregnant women have good experience with it. I consider pharmacies to be partner facilities of hospitals, I do not find it professional to abuse patients' trust.

I do not understand what they have a "dispensing recipe" counter when people without a recipe are still there -_-
