I called Mr. Kotmel with a rather trivial problem. Amused to explain that I can solve it myself and in a few minutes described the whole process. Very nice approach.

The Lord is very polite but unreliable. I had to urge him repeatedly even though he promised to call. I talked to him about it, another man came in, I wasn't home and did a job differently than the deal was and the price was only 300 lower. I recommend to buy everything and pay only for work and to be at repair.
