Today is 11.2.2021, our company sent a technician, Mr. K., to service the boiler, who began to strike. Before that I called x companies and the next date was in 7 days, which in these frosts -12 degrees was unthinkable and so until this company was willing to send a technician (fortunately one lady dropped out) ... The gentleman acted like a pro, apparently very well he knew what he was doing, a fair approach without lubricating the honey around his mouth, .... For us maximum satisfaction with Mr. K .... Thank you MH

I can't evaluate the quality of work at all, only customer service. Although they report for service on the website within 24 hours, in a few days I was not even able to call the contact line, so (and I'm glad for that) I went to the competition.

Last years quite good service, except communication. The technician always had different information than what we gave the call center. Changing the remote control but on the second attempt clicked. Total with revision about 7t. Even worse this year, the technician came with a foreign phone number, so he almost left again. Inspection and repair deflaked, without testing, lubricated away, stating that the heater should work. Well, it does not work 🙄 Since then no chance to call, no response to a repeated written complaint.
