This office is probably full of people with a vocational certificate, if not basic education. At work totally think! They can block a one-way street in the morning rush hour and they find it normal. Their towing car cannot be bypassed and even if one writes emails to move away in this street after 9 am, when so many people are not going to work anymore. The news is completely unresponsive, and police are blocking the traffic happily. I would understand if the towed car itself blocked the traffic. Unfortunately, the only ones who block the traffic are the police themselves.

If they at least picked up my phone I would be satisfied, but I don't understand why you have that phone for 3 days not to call it.
