At the shop in Metropoli Zlicin, I chose boots at noon today, but they were damaged. The very fact that you offer damaged shoes is striking for me. However, given that my chosen pair of shoes were the last of my size, I turned to a salesman (who was also at the shop, so I waited a long time before I even started to do it), to warn her of the damage and asked whether it would be possible to see if that size can be ordered. In the shop, there was an ad for the new service you allegedly offered, namely the possibility to order the required size of the selected shoes for free at home. The salesman, however, left me with the fact that it is possible to buy only the shoes that are currently in the shop, but what struck me most was the fact that the damage was not solved at all, the defective piece of the shop did not remove it and quietly let it go back to the box for sale. This approach to the customer seems totally unacceptable to me.

I bought my second shoes in my life. The first one went to grove after half a year. Then I missed about 5 years until today. So we'll see. It was nice to me that the security guard at the entrance greeted me and, on the other hand, it was uncomfortable for me when the cashier forced me to do some footwear treatment. When I refused to be working boots, she replied that it wouldn't last long ......
