Do we know more than just a brand.

I ordered one beautiful wallet and received the wrong color. It supposed to be black, but I got the brown one. It was the last one on their website and it was 100% black, same info inside my order. Color is a very important detail, if u don't know it, Bibloo. Btw their company just ignores me and my messages with photos and proofs. UPD: they texted me back (quote): "this piece was badly stored as a brown one". Here is the reason why they deceived me as their customer and nobody there really cares about it. Think 100 times if you want to spend a large amount of money on deceiver's store. Highly not recommend it!
