Great gym. Advantages: Good deadlift platforms, new machines including reverse hyper, decent bench. Owners actually smile when you walk into the gym, something that is rare in Prague.

Not a big fancy gym, but it has a few advantages I really like: - not crowded on weekends and after 19:30 on work days (cannot say about other times though); - all necessary equipment for strength training is present; - possibility to pay for a single visit (100 CZK); - low prices in general.

Pleasant environment and service. I miss a bit of more cardio machines (sometimes they are all occupied), including a good spinning bike, but otherwise there is everything you need, as well as an area for exercises with their own weight. I commend the amendment for the enlargement.
