Kryosauna s.r.o.

Relatively small room, but abundantly enough to put up. The equipment is clean and nice. The staff explained everything to us and everything went smoothly. Ideal for muscles after a sports load. For visitors, I recommend keeping your hands in a higher position, otherwise winter a little "climbs" by the nails.

I parked right in front of the entrance and free of charge, with waiting (2 people in front of me) I drove in 12 minutes beautifully cooled and started for the whole hot day. The environment is not luxurious, but for such a short procedure it does not matter.

Extra fast and efficient. The procedure kicked a triple coffee. This is the difference with a warm sauna after which I always fall asleep.

I ordered 3 inputs because I was very interested in cold therapy and I wanted to try it. The first two inputs were almost unproblematic (there was some crashing at the second entry), but much more trouble occurred at the last entry when I took a very unpleasant experience. In my visit to the reception, the old lady, who sent a young lady to cryosauna, assisted me (I expect a new colleague) when she asked her if she was going to deal with cryosauna, and Miss (not very convincingly) answered "yes" and so went to cryosauna she's with me. As soon as the cryosauna temperature was reached, my girlfriend called me to get ready. When we entered the cooling cabin, we found that the floor did not work, so my girlfriend had placed only a grade that was not enough because I was worthy. My head was quite low, but Miss assured me it was in order. The cabin began to inflate the nitrogen that I wanted to let you breathe in and I warned. My girlfriend started to assure me that it did not matter that there was no rain at the top, but only steam. In the next few seconds, I've begun to lose my consciousness, and then I just remember sitting on the sill in a total snooker, and the lady scared me with a trail and asked if I was in a row. I was doing a little while and we both relaxed. But the experience was a repair of despair, and I completely discouraged from using this cryosauna. Personally, I think that in such a procedure, only skilled people should be assisted in handling such a device. And if there is any disorder (as it was now moving the bottom of the cabin), there should not be clients at all, because I threaten their health.

The environment is not much, tight spaces, there is no place to be dressed, one is called in from the entrance hall full of people.
