Billa

Mostly rude cashiers, poor selection, dirty. The worst Billa experience in Prague.

There are always at least two very rude cashiers. They never smile to customers and don't even say hello to them! The only sentence you can hear from them is to put your food from a plastic bag- of course she's not going to do it for you. All this creates an impression that customer is not welcome there. I don't recommend going there until you are used to this kind of treatment.

A casher it was Old woman with ponytail blonde hair in black glass I remember I have just got home from now on , and I cannot accept her attitue. She was very rude she was shouting to me very loudly and rude. It is my first time to be anger to casher. She was shouting to me very noisy , She ignored me. I didnt want to change my stuff Cuz it was broken, I just wanted to not buy, but she shouted to me to change the stuff. Change change 3times shouting.Im a foreigner and Im very angry with her in very unsatisfied service, I think casher dont have to get a good service,but at least , no deserve to shout to customer , like other normal cashers. I go there very often and I didnt have experience this woman . I dont want to being shouted more from her,and it is not first time it is twice i remember she shouted to me ,now Im feeling like i watched horror movie.

Good variety and value. Helpful staff.
