Big disappointment ... small space for shopping. It was not possible to get to the shelf with toilet paper throughout the cage and pallet store with goods, for example yesterday in the drugstore section. Employees who unpack goods often shout at customers indiscriminately to dodge. This happened to me today during one purchase 4 times. It is not possible to shop here in peace. The culmination of everything was the behavior of the cashier at cash register No. 3 today 22.10.2020 at 11.50. I "allowed myself" to forget to activate the bonus coupon in my mobile phone, after which the cashier brazenly started to tell me that I should have done this at home and that I was delaying, because now he would have to call someone to cancel. However, it is her job, cancellations are common at the box office and it is not my problem that this operation is solved here through someone else. And to make matters worse, the cashier "forgot" to return me CZK 8 and when I called, she told me that she was returning my money, which was not true. It makes no sense to mention the missing promotional items, it is a sore spot in all Lidl stores. They offer something they don't have often and repeatedly. For the overall impression and cheeky staff, I rate this store negatively.
