In no case can it be recommended. Avoid the big arch! Don't be seduced by a pleasing advertisement with famous actors. The reality is that no one talks to you after the contract. Pro-client thinking, communication and support zero, at the freezing point. The worst thing is that the management, the people in charge, are completely unaware ... I signed a contract in November stating that the auction will take place from January. In the meantime, I had some additional questions about the signed contract and conditions. Zero reaction! After another request, if I received an answer, I decided to cancel the transaction in December and announced in writing that I was withdrawing from the contract. No answer .... instead, I noticed that the auction has been running for a few days. So, not since January, as announced. No communication. I had to speak up and only for the third time was I told in the style that everything was in the contract. What? Are you serious...!? If anyone wants to run this business in this style, it indicates a complete lack of interest in the client, in any long-term client relationship. I do not recommend if you do not want to lose the image. In the e-mail, they offer tens of thousands for a painting, which they will eventually sell for CZK 1,100 and, after deducting the commission, they will send you CZK 580. Own experience.
