Today we were shopping at your patisserie. After about 5 minutes of waiting and constantly looking back to see if I could see the saleswoman there so she could serve us, I brazenly went behind the counter so that the woman standing in the background with the phone near her ear and smiling with a phone to warn that she had people in front. I really didn't expect the reaction I encountered. She started yelling at me that I would like to knock on her. I replied that we were waiting here for about 5 minutes and she was nowhere, there was another lady in front of me and she nodded in agreement. The saleswoman that it is not true that she only went to the toilet, but there was no sign on the counter that she would come in a moment. She was very arrogant and I have the impression that she probably doesn't enjoy working there much when she's not interested in making money. It would probably be good to do something about it, according to the reviews, a lot of people complain about the lady.

Almost always when visiting Kaufland, I like to stop at this patisserie, where they have very reasonable prices for desserts and especially large sandwiches. The girls behind the counter are nice too :-)

Dear staff, you are always a welcome guest and with the choice of a wide selection of sweets you will be happy to advise, the sandwiches are always fresh and you simply have to taste the ice cream yourself - this impression is not transferable!
