It is a bookstore which is not so overcrowded, books are easy to find and prices are normal. There is also possibility to sit down and read whatever you choose, or do some work on laptop. Overall it is a nice store with nice assistants who are ready to help you, due to all things I mentioned I am giving it a 5star.

I have ordered several textbooks, but unfortunately I cannot complete the order. Since, according to Google maps, your store is located in the city of Kiel, which lies in the north of Germany, not far from Denmark, I do not have time or money for that, due to this crown crisis.

Unfortunately, I have a bad experience when, after ordering and paying for the order, an email arrived on April 28th that the delivery of one re-ordered book would be delayed. at the supplier, so today 19.5.js I was forced to cancel the entire order. I am struck by the fact that to this day I have no goods or money. I bought all the canceled books from a competitor today.

I use the store as a collection point for e-shop orders and I can recommend it. The staff is fast and nice. The store looks and is clear.
