09.12. I was at the store at six in the evening and the young lady, a blonde about max. 160 cm she served, told me after my questions about the books that she had them in stock (one of them a treasure on the Silver Lake-book according to the film), but as I mentioned I have interested in books and I want to buy them, she started imagining looking for them in stock for an hour and said that if I really want this, I should start explaining to other customers that they will not be able to serve them until the end of opening hours due to me and my request, when there was another customer service gentleman who was just as bored there .. I asked her if she meant it and suddenly she started to be very rude, she pretended to be the owner of the shop and told me that if I wanted to complain, I should her and refused to contact me for a real manager .. she started to claim that she was wrong and that they have nothing in stock, even though it was written on the internet that it was in their warehouse and even more times that she could reject me as a customer and started announcing that she felt marijuana uanu..is interesting that I don't even have experience with it like her and I don't even know how these drugs stink, unlike her perfect drug recognition, but she probably misses a lot when she feels it everywhere, even in the store where she works .. take her tests for drugs please and teach her to serve the customer decently, without rude words and residual abstinence..this colleague was decent and if he was not there, I would not leave ..

I shop repeatedly in the Megaknihy store and I am extremely satisfied. Prices are always the best, large selection of books. I was also interested in the offer of other goods (cosmetics, stationery, etc.). In addition, the price of transport is 29 CZK !! They won't just offer it to you anywhere else :-) I never had a problem with delivery. I also like the economical packaging. I don't like it when I order only two small things in the shop, for example, and they come in a huge box filled with a lot of plastic bubble wrap. I will definitely continue shopping in the store. I wish a lot of satisfied customers!

I shop in this store regularly. Every customer will certainly enjoy a wide selection of books (including foreign languages) and very reasonable prices. Here and there you can also come across special events with free shipping for certain titles. I often use transport to one of the branches, of which there are plenty in Prague. I can only negatively evaluate a longer delivery time (even more than a week), this is not the rule, but it is not uncommon. However, if you are not in a hurry for books, I can highly recommend the store. I'm happy to come back here and I'll be back :)
