While looking for a mirror on my V40, I described several possible sources. The answer was offers from about 500 to 800 CZK. Mr. Čížek contacted me with the price of 1200, -. I refused with thanks. After a while, the result was a second phone call with an adjusted price - he called the best offer of five hundred so far and threw a willingness to send to the Shipyard. I nodded at that. I arranged the delivery myself, the seller's task was only to take the package to the branch and read the code to them. It also took more than a week (with my urgency), so the code failed and I had to fill out the shipping order again. Then, when I unpacked the package at home, a mirror peeked out at me on the other side than I requested (I was still convinced in the history of e-mail communication that I had not finished it). I called the seller, he apologized for not checking it enough, he promised me a remedy and I would send him the wrong mirror back, I just needed the destination branch of the Shipyard. A beautiful fortnight later, I received neither the right mirror nor the information to return the goods. So to sum it up, the biggest advantage of this seller is the honey around the mushroom in the "when they catch the bird" phase. Since then, from ten to five, I have neither my goods nor my money and no desire to deal with this gentleman at all. Consider a lot if it's worth the nerve. It may work better for a face-to-face meeting, but I'm not giving me a second chance.

I bought an automatic transmission for the Volvo C30 D5 here for CZK 20,000. I did not receive a receipt or invoice and I was told that there was a guarantee of functionality on the gearbox. Of course, the transmission did not work (It was installed in a Volvo authorized service). When I demanded a refund from Mr. Čížek, he told me that he would not give me a nix, but that if I would bring the gearbox from him and give me another functional one, he gave me a different and bad bad gearbox again and for the petrol version. He argued to me that they were the same for petrol and diesel and that they had to be functional and that they would not return my money. In the end, I bought a gearbox in AV parts and everything went well. I came to terms with the fact that I unnecessarily threw away 20,000 for the gearbox and another 20,000 for two unnecessary assembly, disassembly and oil. I am no longer going to solve anything with Mr. Čížek, I will just submit documents to the FI that everything is sold without a document.

I've been driving here for 10 years, not only with Volvo, we also had a BMW E46, a Peugeot boxer now a Mazda 6 and Mr. Čížek always helped me, he advised him, I drive here to change both oil and tires, and I definitely get Volvo parts cheaper than new ones and everything is always waiting in the original service, everything is tabular and it occurs to me that people like Mr. Čížek know what is wrong with the car and how to fix it better than in an authorized service, they give diagnostics there and they are not interested in them, I just have to recommend

Super approach of the owner of the origo used parts to Volvo and I think you can always agree with the master
