Was there first time for repair renault grand scenic.Was a problem with malfunction to battery and a few small jobs.Wednesday and after Monday the weekend ready again.The service was really great and good and the car still washed after small repair.Just class everything service.

When I was looking for a new car, I got to Auto Tukas, specifically Mr. Houšek, with whom it was a pleasure to negotiate. He was very willing to make a car offer for me, to explain everything carefully. It was available both by mail and by phone whenever I needed to. The vehicle came a month and a half earlier, which underlined my joy. The meeting was absolutely professional, he could empathize with my needs, which I very much appreciate. He explained the whole operation very nicely when handing over the car. A very human approach. More of these people :-) I was very happy to buy a Dacia Dokker here. Thank you.

on Thursday, 21st March, my wife and I visited the Tukas shop at Černokostelecká ul. 565/114. The atmosphere of the salon was pleasantly surprised by my cosiness and clarity, but we were most enthusiastic about the meeting of Mr. J. Houška. That the car we were looking for on the Internet wasn't a problem at all, because Mr. Houška prepared us quickly and easily for alternative offers. His professional approach, willingness and empathy with the needs and feelings of the customer are admirable. And believe me, I know what I'm talking about. For over 20 years, I have worked as a sales and management skills trainer in financial product sales (Generali, Allianz, Metlife and Blue Pyramid) and have salespeople like Mr. Houška, our dream. Humanity, friendliness and professionalism are at a high level. I am probably a little bit professionally deformed, but I had to share your feelings with you, because we will not forget the negotiations with Mr. Houška. I wish your show and Mr. Houšek many personal and professional successes and health.
