Very pleasant communication, the lady explained everything we were interested in, a test drive and a tour of other Suzuki warehouse vehicles in the neighboring yard. Maximum willingness.

I was here with my parents to buy a new car this spring. We were in a hurry because the previous car was crashed and we needed to get a new one as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, here the approach of the lady saleswoman appalling. We were annoying her when we wanted to show a stock car in a suit that would suit us, she immediately asked if we would buy it if we wanted to see it. The car was stored in a locked yard and it was raining outside, so it was probably an insoluble problem for the lady. We left terribly angry, if it wasn't the only warehouse vehicle in the Czech Republic at that moment, we would turn on our heel and walk away. Subsequent handover of the car a week later to the head of the salon was already in order. Unfortunately, an unpleasant experience does not balance this ...
