I visited this car dealer with my husband, we spend there 30 min aprox. My husband was looking at the cars and trying them but in all that time, no one seller approached to us to help or ask what we wanted, my husband had to chase one seller to ask about the cars and all the questions we had about buying a car were unsolved. Thank you 😒
The behaviour of secrataire was not that friendly.
We thought that they will have used cars in good condition but the one we took a look was with bad engine. It just sounded weird. We are so happy we had a professional consultant with us.

Disgusting workshop and car seller. I bought a i30 with 7000km- I was very happy, i have asked wheather the car was fine and had an accident or so. They told me that a car with 7000 km, hardly driven, is fine, it has no problem. The car is a service car, the owner was Autocentrum Hyundai Praha.
It turned out, that the car was repaired after a total loss damage- so it means that the car had a very serious accident, the workshop repaired it somehow... They did not care how- the main goal was to sell it somehow. Just imagine you buy an almost new car and it turns out that it is an accident car in a very dangerous condition.
What did Mr. Kratochwil from Autocentrum Praha said?
"You have bought used car. According to our records, the car was repaired according to Hyundai standards in authorized Hyundai body shop.
Selling process was not under any pressure and you had enough time to watch and test the car."
Shame on you Mr Kratochwill!!!
I go to a lawyer and hope that the workshop is going to be closed for a while!!!!!
