After spending a quite lot of time trying to find a garage who would even return my emails - despite using Google translate to make sure that they were, to some degree, readable in Czech - I was pleasantly surprised to get a response, in English, from Jakub Návesník at Autoservis Hoffmann. Jakub managed the entire repair process very professionally, including delivering my repaired vehicle back to me at work. I would certainly recommend Autoservis Hoffman above and beyond any other garage that I have previously used in Prague.

As a foreigner living in Prague, I was completely lost with the process when a third party crashed into my car. I was directed to Hoffman car repair center and everything was taken care of by Jakub. Absolutely amazing service. Jakub took care of everytghing, arranged a courtesy vehicle for me to drive whilst my car was being repaired, on time and to a very high standard. Amazing service and friendly from first second. Very good and I can 100% recommend that Autoservis! The car I got cleaned and the price is more than fair... even I am not from Czech 😉
