Arrived after waiting for 3 weeks. They said that it would cost twice as much as the agreed price due to an extra fee for extra dirty seats. The information was indeed written in advance on the voucher, but it was hidden deeper in the extra info section. I highly recommend putting that info on the top, to prevent disappointed customers.

I received a voucher for cleaning the interior from Slevomat as a gift. The result was that the car was pretty well cleaned. For this reason, I give 2 * and not 1. However, the final price was more than double the price of the voucher, the impression of the meeting was absolutely appalling and some things were not done, because the gentlemen did not catch up. In short: Guys, if you're not willing to clean cars at the prices you offer, then just don't offer them at those prices. You're just pissing people off! Secondly, if you require 100% punctuality from the customer (the car must be delivered and taken away for exactly one minute), then you simply cannot afford to let the customer stand and wait 25 minutes before you finish cleaning the car. More comprehensive: an experience similar to what others have written here. One has to bring the car exactly at the agreed time and pick it up exactly after 90 minutes, because it is said that it is not possible to park cars anywhere. This is simply not suitable for people who also have their own work. The master then crawls through the whole car, in a learned theatrical way he tells the customer how it is possible that the car is so dirty and calculates all surcharges: 4 x 150 CZK for extra dirty seats, 100 CZK for extra luxuries, 100 CZK for polishing plastics and 100 CZK for something I don't even remember anymore. The result: the voucher cost CZK 699, surcharges CZK 900. I note that there were no animal hairs in the car, no workers rode in it, and my children did not water it in anything. The car was simply dirty and dusty as standard. The biggest ridicule is a surcharge of CZK 100 for luxation. Gentlemen probably imagine that I will dump the car myself before I bring it. When I picked up the car, it was not finished at all. I had to wait 25 minutes for him to finish. And I made sure in advance if they would really make it in those 90 minutes, when they think the car is so terribly dirty. They said yes. The result was that I missed an important meeting at work. Furthermore, because they finished the car in a hurry, they missed some things. For example, the rearview mirror in the interior was totally tangled up, because they probably sprayed it with something, but did not wipe it off, there were also rags left in the car from the rags they used to clean it, as well as unluxed places. Guys, you seem to be able to clean cars, so why don't you do it in such a way that you don't act like a cheater and, on top of that, all mattresses ??? You are against yourself!
