That's the worst casino i have been to. Really horrible service. So rude to customers all the time we have been there. The manager should do something about it. Because i have seen the other reviews. Udĕlejte něco s tím nebo váš podnik nedopadne dobře tímhle tempem

Really disappointed!! At the photo's you can see the real Merkur slot machines (not the crappy Czech ones) but when i arrived; All of these machines werd disabled and stored in a corned! Also unfriendly security.

As I noticed, I have to add a negative review. Staff really horror and horror. This evening staff will spoil your mood as soon as you enter. This behavior is really unacceptable for customers who just want to play.

There I never go uncomfortable staff no willingness and every time it would like to hire new people who would enjoy the work ..... And the most arrogant Ukrainian beef who sits at the entrance nor understand him not every time there is so it does not even the sense of going there to play will make it a bad atmosphere all night .. people of such annoyance should not work there !!!!!
