I like Eshop notina very much, but the branch surprised me quite (unpleasantly). I was there to return the perfume in the gift box. The fact that the gift box could not be returned was the slightest problem. But the lady at the checkout offered me a gift certificate because I wanted to buy another product at the store. So I chose a different and more expensive product, trotted back to the counter and gave the saleswoman a gift certificate to pull it off. And wonder of the world, was the voucher not active? The lady somehow forgot to tell me that the voucher is not active until an hour after it was printed out - so I paid the full price and wanted a bigger gift box. Which I got in the finals only in folded form to put it together at home. I was quite surprised, because the price for the box is the same as in the e-shop, but there they stuff it nicely and wrap the gift nicely. Now I have a box at home that is not filled with anything. I was quite surprised by the whole approach. I'd rather shop for notin just over the internet ...
