The brand's history began in Germany in 1932, when the factory started producing workwear. MUSTANG was first company in Europe to introduce women's jeans and cords, and was the first in the world to invent stretch jeans. High quality goods. After about 4 months of wearing, I complained about shoes that had lost their soles. According to the assessor "Ing. Horňak", this was due to the effect of moisture and neglect of elementary maintenance. The shoes were regularly cleaned and impregnated. When taking over the claimed shoes, I saw from the signature sheet that (except for one) ALL previous complaints were rejected. A scam for me 👎

After ten months of wearing, I complained about Mustang shoes because of the tearing of the sole and my complaint was rejected for poor maintenance and treatment after - citing, it was more or less heavily soaked, both by external and internal (LOT) moisture. I impregnated and treated my shoes as needed and customized with shoe polish. According to Mr. Horňák, it was "fully utilized" and at that moment "already in some respect worn shoes". So I don't know why they give a guarantee if their shoes don't last what they have ... worn.

Poor quality goods.

Today I visited Mustang store in Outlet fashion Šterboholy (28.12.2019) I had stepped on for clear goal ... jeans ... even though I knew exactly what I wanted it was easier for me to ask Miss Saleswoman to find the item "jeans" and unfortunately I waited a lot of time at the shelf and nothing was happening unfortunately ... the shopkeepers walked around me and did not see me .... and there were three of them in the shop as well as us customers .... so I decided at the end to address one of them ... but I have to say that nobody will see me here for a long time and I came here so happy to shop😢
