Today we wanted to pick up two scooters in the original packaging. Both are under the tree for Christmas. The saleswoman went to the warehouse and did not return for a long time. After a very long time and after aimlessly wandering around the store, we were told that one is folded on the field and the other will bring us. She went to the warehouse and after a while literally pulled the ugly box all the way to the cash register. Someone must have already bit the box. She looked horrible. The photo is below. The saleswoman wanted to force it on us and she was not embarrassed at all. I refused to pay for one unpacked and built scooter and the other in a horrible box. Original gifts under the tree.

I shopped here twice, in both cases everything was fine.
