So far only a few details, but 100% satisfaction. The master is helpful and kind, he understands his craft, he has always done a great job, in addition to the great prices and the speed from ordering is incredible.

The failure of the circuit breakers left us without electricity. The nice gentleman arrived almost immediately, at no extra charge for the emergency exit. He fixed everything very quickly and explained to us what caused the failure, so next time we can prevent any problems. Next time we will definitely call the Koza service again.

It is no fun to move alone with a child, so I am glad that Servis Koza helped us and they managed everything in a few hours, including assembly. I hope I don't move anymore, but if I do, I definitely know who to contact. :)

I wanted to replace the defective part in the toilet. It turned out that the part was not defective, but only incorrectly mounted. A craftsman from Kozaservis could simply replace the part in a few minutes and charge for the part and the work. Instead, he warned me that it would be a waste of money and only mounted the original part correctly. Definitely thumbs up!

We definitely recommend. Fast, cheap, well-done work ... Complete satisfaction for us. Speed, punctuality, great!
