Ostuda Datartu. I've spent a lot of money in this store in the last year, but the experience with complaints is a big disappointment. Specifically a store in OC Štěrboholy. Less than a year ago, I bought a number of products here, including a coffee maker. Now he started to show a malfunction in the dosage, so with a receipt and payment of an immediate exchange upon purchase, I went to complain. The three sellers had to advise what to write in the complaint report, despite the information I provided ... they were still deciding whether to write a scratch that wasn't even there ... I don't understand why. But what came next turned me on and of course I will ask about this at the CTIA, because I think they are not entitled to this and now READ CAREFULLY !!! If you buy goods in action, such as a TV set that costs CZK 5,000, you pay for an immediate exchange and then God forbid you have a breakdown, the TV will be replaced, but if it is no longer in action, you will have to pay the 5,000 CZK. This is how I ended up with the coffee machine, it was 300 CZK, but I care about the principle. First of all, I don't even know that I allegedly bought it at a discount, no one warned me about this situation that may occur, there is no discount on the first receipt, nor is there an event and there is no immediate exchange on the new receipt after the complaint, which I paid for two years of warranty. I'm done with you. If you were right and the Czech Trade Inspection Authority will sanctify your meeting, I will delete the review and apologize, but I don't think that will happen. It is not possible to buy something in action, claim it and then pay the full amount of money, because it is no longer in action.

Incredibly amateur staff of the store without basic knowledge of the assortment. Some prices, specifically the battery overpriced compared to the competition really significantly. We've shopped here four times in the last two months, I've spent almost fifty thousand, but today you really poisoned me and I was here for the last time.
