This company has Xiaomi distribution in the Czech Republic. I filed a complaint in MP.cz and solved VSP Data. The service technician did not enter a statement on all defects in the service report and rejected the complaint. I objected to this and the MP employee with good contacts had another OT service protocol issued by Witty Trade, where she intentionally degraded the condition of the claimed equipment and at her instruction the WT employee wrote the required information - he artificially added what they did not write in the VSP and stated that it is said to be a bent phone, which is not true, because the phone is not mechanically damaged and thus committed a lie. I do not understand that when the service performs VSP and expresses itself incorrectly, when it does not describe all defects and unjustifiably rejects, then WT also expresses its opinion when they lie in their artificial service protocol in order for the MP to comply. It is not standard for two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT service protocols from 2 services with different information to be included in one complaint.

As a representative of Xiaomi for the Czech market, he does not have a single telephone contact. Negotiation: a complaint about the purchased goods 3 hours after the sale, after finding a malfunction and the way back, resolved within 30 days. Never anything here.

As for the complaint procedure, I am absolutely dissatisfied for the second time. The technicians did not even put the MT into the factory settings and returned the MT in its original state.
