A shop that deals only with the bazaar. You are really looking for and you will find this information. Unfortunately, this was my first time and you will only find out this information after receiving the device. Because it does not intentionally state this for the given product. You need to look for other phone specifications. On the last line below the information that the device has wifi, battery and android. And among other things, someone has been using it for 2 years ..... The price is not a guide, because in my case it was similar to a really new device. However, they kindly explained to me that if I did not find this information before buying, I am trusting idiot and I'm unlucky because the phone is purchased for something. Which, unfortunately, is right

The worst act I've ever encountered. At the beginning of December, I sent my iPhone 6S mobile phone for a complaint that was not recognized to me after 14 days. The phone was used for 1 month and then turned itself off did not go charging. They said there was nothing wrong with replacing the batteries and replacing them. So I said good and it was 14.12 after the new year I wanted to call there but I couldn't call. You can only communicate via e-mail because they do not answer the phone. I didn't get any information anything. So I wrote an e-mail there and I got a reply the next day that my phone was sent back. Now it's been 2 weeks since they wrote that they sent the phone back and they don't respond to e-mail or phone. So I handed everything over to ČOIK and let the rest be done. Acting that one would get wet.

Unfortunately, I have to agree on all the reviews regarding communication. It is impossible to call even if you know that the phone on the other side is working (because you are calling as inappropriate as a second call). I was here for an interview, I was promised that I would receive an answer within a week. I did not get. When I wrote the e-mail, within 30 minutes, cheap lies were written in my reply that they had just chosen a candidate and that the lady has so many appointments that she cannot answer the phone. There is a lot of room for improvement in the company - especially in the field of communication - and I say that as an autistic person ...

Dissatisfaction. They offer products whose operation depends on the battery. In the terms and conditions they have "Warranty does not apply to battery functionality" I purchased a product with a defective battery (it worked for 10 minutes, then turned off). The complaint was rejected.
