What followed, I was so disgusted that I will definitely buy anything in the e-shop and never recommend it to anyone - communication with the e-shop advice on request that no one is burned. Yes, one hundred item, but the arrogant behavior made me so disappointed that I was considering filing a complaint with the CTI.

They greatly violate the GDPR and any personal data protection that exists. I haven't experienced that before! The ordered IP cameras came packaged in a household scraper box and were stuffed with envelopes that were sent to Isix by their other customers. With full envelopes! Where were the names, addresses, phones and all personal information of both their customers !!! They just took the bubble envelopes out of complaints, didn't crush them, didn't do anything to them, and as they came up with them they stuffed outgoing packages! I took everything and called their customers from the envelopes on the phone so they know who they are dealing with, really power. People then begged me to destroy the envelopes somehow. Isix is ​​a really interesting company to use, as a filling material, no crushed envelopes from the incoming mail, that's what I have not experienced in the world! I have no words! Definitely do not send anything to the company, because what you write to them on a parcel or envelope will take it and use it as a filling material :), whole, undamaged, undamaged, as you send it, I have the photos, total sudden and utter arrogance to protect personal data! P.S. I called the company, I have it uploaded and their comment is: "It shouldn't happen!" yes I agree, it shouldn't. So I wouldn't like it very much if other customers of a company were getting my personal information as a bonus to their order, because they knowingly wrap them up and add employees to that business. P.S. 2: I made a second order with the company and this time everything was fine, so I adjust the rating from 1/5 to 3/5
