Bomb service, I can only recommend. I thought I would say goodbye to the laptop, but it was worth the money. Great approach and fair dealing, no lubrication of honey around the mouth, found the cause, estimated the price and repair, as I think it should work.

Unfortunately, I have to write my bad experience with a service order. 22.11.2019 the courier picked up a laptop for review. After 20 days of sending the notebook, we asked by e-mail the status of the order. We got info about big damage of motherboard with offer for exchange for the price of about 14.5 thousand. After a week (20.12.) Mr. Müller informed us that he would try to repair after all, the price and replacement of the battery would be 3400 CZK. We agreed and immediately wrote back to him to try. 9.1.2020 we asked again what it looks like. Without reaction. 17.1.2020 again by email on status. Nothing. The following mail the same day I had to threaten the CTIA, because no mail response, Mr. Müller cell phone answered. In two days finally came some answer, saying that the order is really complicated and if I intend to threaten, my laptop will be sent back without repair and charged me handling and diagnostics 500 CZK. I replied that I wanted to send the notebook back. Today is another 4 days and nothing, no reaction, not even a laptop. I am going to initiate a CTIA complaint and then pass it on to a lawyer, because I do not really know whether I will meet my laptop again and in what condition.
