Absolutely perfect service. Normally, I probably wouldn't rate this place at all, but I was literally shocked when it came to solving a Tefal fryer failure under warranty. They made the repair while waiting within 10 minutes, I just signed a document about the thermostat repair.

Perfect service - Mrs. Thérová is very helpful, she helped me solve the repeated complaint of one part, which is unfortunately solved from the factory. I also had the rod vacuum cleaner repaired, it was a minor repair, done within a week and the vacuum cleaner keeps walking like a watch. The repairman knew right away what it would be. I can really recommend that you bring the broken item to M without any worries.
