Kerberos první pražské pet krematorium

On Saturday evening, our poodle Kimeček died after 16 years. On Sunday morning, we contacted this Kerberos animal crematorium in Prague Strašnice by phone. We would like to thank you for the perfect handling of this mentally difficult time for us.

We were very satisfied. The staff was amazing, empathetic with a great approach. Our dog Matýsek left on Monday 17.8.2020 at 8:05 and the lady was immediately willing and after a telephone appointment she accepted us before 9 o'clock in the morning. We carried the last farewell hard. The room was beautiful, clean and the staff added flowers and let us dignifyly say goodbye to him. The cremation was to take place within four days. Already on Tuesday (18.8) we received an SMS to remember our angel, as the cremation began. The lady complied and helped us in all respects so that the angel would be at home as soon as possible. Today is Wednesday and Matýsek is finally at home with us. We will feel the pain in our hearts for a long time to come, but we thank the staff for their empathy, willingness and everything they have done for us and Matyska. We will definitely choose again if we have to use these services again. Thank you again to Kohlman and us andilek Matýsek for a million times
