Almost as good as Virgin Active in South Africa. Personally, I'd love a bit more air circulation (especially with COVID 19) but I guess I'm not everyone 😉

Service of the receptionists is good, BUT as management changed everything is bad, from my silver VIP I had normal water from cooler in the reception, I had each training new towels, Solarium 80 min each month, I could go for all clubs in the city, BBC had a good management! But from Form Factory I dont have this VIP, I paid same price as for VIP but I dont have towels, they give me tap water, I couldn't go for the whole clubs! They said me that I will have some months for free instead! but they didnt give me! Now they have problem with solarium, they dont want to give me anything, they changed lockers and I should by key for 200 czk or rent it for 30 czk each day... really really BAD!!! I definently dont reccomend this club for anyone! As soon as management changed their decisions, then you can think about it!

This is a nice gym with a sauna and whirlpool. They also accept the mutisport card, which is a popular employee benefit and many people use it to enter the gym. It gets crowded at peak times.

Toilet seat missing at the womens bathroom, empty wine bottles found in locker 508. One running mashine did not work, another was really unbalanced. Nice staff and good facilities in general.

Dont go there if you're an expat!! I do speak Czech, however when I forgot my key at home (I have a 12 month contract), the guy at reception asked me to pay a deposit for a spare key, which I did. Unfortunately neither he nor the management of BBC is willing to return that deposit to me. Instead I can buy their (to me: useless) products worth that money which I am not interested in. That to me is clearly fraud. Customer service was not accommodating.
