Since I received the certificate directly from the goldsmith who supplied them with the ring, I found the unpleasant thing that the ring was sold very expensive. At that price, I would expect at least some service, but to my surprise, when I asked to cross the ring and eventually applying a layer to restore the gloss I was told that I have to pay! So even after the alleged discount here, the ring cost about ten thousand crowns more than if I ordered it directly from the manufacturer / goldsmith.

On the phone arrogant communication with the owner of a foreign national "why did you buy it, I will not return you a penny!" Subsequently, security was called to us. So this jewelry store is definitely not recommended !!!
