Today I was shopping at the Aurum Jewelery in the Fashion Arena, I wanted to buy some mom for my mother's birthday. Upon arrival, we warned the staff that we would look around first and then take a look at some watches. Everything went well until the moment when I asked the saleswoman, the ass could take out the whole stick, on which there were about 8 pieces of watches (I note that in the price range of 2-3 thousand, so it was not a watch for 100 thousand), after which the other saleswoman came after us, as I imagine, to take out the whole watch, with the words: Do you know how hard it is .....! .... ???? (I guess, I think the brick is heavier) Not understanding, I first thought that it would be polite to greet the customer first :-) when he decided to spend money with you and would spend perhaps even more, if the staff's willingness to show / show the exhibited goods was more professional! I have more than 10 years of experience in retail sales, I would not go to sell rolls with such an action !!!!! Have a nice day :-)
