I came once that they need a ring. Willingness was a willing saleswoman. My visit didn't last long and I went back there after 14 days. And I bought again. I do not recommend watchmaking based on absolutely unprofessional conduct. Not the first time I asked for a watch to be repaired where a stone had fallen. The repair took place on only one stone, the other, which was held by force of will, I was told that it was jammed, which was not confirmed by a simple swipe of my fingers, and I had to wait another week. The watchmaker told me that I did not understand this and in a rather arrogant way she was still defending her obviously defunct work.

Absolute satisfaction. Willingness and helpfulness. I recommend.

Incredibly nice and professional service. The problem with my watch was solved in 4 minutes.
