Contract: troweling the floor of a panel apartment From the initial address to the implementation, 3 long months passed without a set date (caused by my fault). However, they still found time for me. The whole realization was preceded by several large emails, in which the issue of panel flats was analyzed in detail (very large unevenness of the original floors), realization options were proposed (1st comparison of the whole flat to one level - most expensive, 2nd comparison by rooms - cheapest, 3rd. comparison within "functional blocks" - living room, kitchen, hall + separate individual rooms with the use of transition strips). During the personal consultation at the place of implementation, everything was carefully focused with a laser and the final solution was agreed with regard to financial possibilities. As a plus, I perceived that the estimated amount of material was slightly overshot, so the final price for the material actually consumed was lower, which will always please. They actively worked with the laser throughout the pouring and the result is a completely flat floor. No one else offered me that when I entered the request, "it will compare itself ...". After what I had the opportunity to see, I do not believe it. I can definitely recommend this company.
