We ordered a stroller through this store, which was not in their offer, but still it was not a problem to agree on everything necessary. If you need to buy a stroller, retrofit a stroller, a high-quality car seat, or just small items for our children, I can recommend the Tiva baby shop in Hodonín to all of you. My namesake Tibor Varga, will help you with your choice. Our little Princess Charlotte already has three prams and one car seat. When choosing a stroller will be happy to advise you and it is possible to try everything, like me, including winter footmuffs, which has a large number. A stroller has already betrayed me, and he was almost two years old. The brake was cut. Very willingly took the stroller into the complaint, during the complaint I had the opportunity to borrow another "carriage", I mean stroller and in the shortest time was after the problem. When choosing a car seat, you can try it again in the store. I have to say that his human approach to the customer and the large amount of goods to choose from speak for themselves. Can I only recommend the Tiva Baby shop in Hodonín? For us, with little Princess, we don't know any other business in our neighborhood. And when we buy more equipment, we visit this store again.

I bought a pram in this shop and I am very satisfied very helpful team of the shop will explain everything and definitely show this shop I recommend they have not only beautiful prams but also beautiful clothes for our little ones ..... :)

In this shop, my wife and I bought a stroller, in which the saleswoman explained everything, showed us and was very helpful. By this time everything was fine and we were completely satisfied. We had a stroller for about a week and the component near the deep hull went wrong. The complaint was accepted in this case, but it took a long time, more than 2 months, to deliver a part from Poland for my taste. After 14 days, the same component broke down again and the claim was not recognized. Therefore, I was willing to pay for repair and the owner promised me to order a new part and let me know. In a moment it will be a year and the owner has not contacted yet. The last drop of our patience was the repair of the carriage wheel. The owner has to order it again from Poland (complaint unrecognized). It is interesting that immediately after visiting Tiva baby we went to a competitive store, where the gentleman very willingly repaired the bike for 150, - while you wait. So we already have the bike repaired and I doubt someone from Tiva baby will call us. So if we have a second child, I'm definitely not going to shop here in my life.
