My bike was stolen last night and I was going to look for help at the police station. To be honestly, it was hard to get entrance in the office without speaking czech language. Because of one unfriendly person at the bell who didnt want to let us in. But after all he unlocked the door. We just had to wait some minutes until the officer came out. Thanks to the police-officer Richard I got help with my stolen bike pretty fast. He spoke perfect English and helped me with everything. In the end everything was fine. Thanks a lot again. As you can see from other bad ratings. Maybe just ask for Richard. :)

Help me file a complaint for stolen children's bike. Waited for 15 mins.... maybe I was lucky, don't know. I speak Czech so no problems with communication, not sure if they speak English or not..

Rude and not willing to help. I was told to come back with a translator. They did not even bother to hear me.
