The lack of professionalism of this place is ASTOUNDING! I am relocating to Prague, and there is a property offering that I was interested in. As I was travelling to Prague specifically to view rentals, I had made several calls, and sent several emails, none of which were replied to for some time. I did ultimately receive an email almost 1 week later, saying that there were 8 viewings during that very day, and that a lease was about to be signed. I pointed out that I easily could have been one of the eight, as that was why I was in Prague. However, as there were other units becoming available in 3 months time, and the units were identical to the ones shown during that day, I suggested that I view the current offer, and then sign a lease for the later units once available. Again, no reply. I chased this, and received the email reply in photo attached. I’m unsure whether to be annoyed, or amused, but this is the first time I’ve had an agent use profanity with me and tell me to get lost. The property does look great. Sadly, the ordeal of having to pass through the gauntlet of such unprofessional conduct doesn’t bode well for rental. It's worth noting that “jk” is a colloquial abbreviation in English for “joke”. Perfectly fitting, if unintentional.

The grapes approach, the professionalism behind, I came as a complete jerk, the Mr. was not a conspirator, the meeting promised me how you definitely heard me and will have more info about the real estate, I called only me, but just followed the same "Nooo, I do not know it, I have to figure it out, I'll call you"...........................................
